Erika Ruth
I have been teaching for 12 years. I am excited to start my 13th year here at Arbor Station. I have taught 4th grade for four years, 2nd grade for four years, and kindergarten for three years. As we know life can run full circle and I again am excited to be back in 4th grade. Fourth Grade is an excellent year of maturity, growth, and acceleration for students. It is my goal to enable students to do just that and guide them in reaching their full individual potential with pride and confidence. We will be a room that will appreciate and celebrate each other.
On a personal note, I am married for 23 years to a wonderful husband and have two boys, 8 and 9. We love all things Disney and traveling. I graduated from University of Phoenix with a B.S. in Elementary Education. I am also gifted certified. I am currently working on Dyslexia certification. My husband is an Auburn grad, so War Eagle! I look forward to an outstanding school year with your student.
